4 Mile ER Canoe 3 Person
Aluminum Osagian Canoe, 3 Person (seats) occupancy. This boat rental includes: 3 paddles, 3 life vest, a waste bag, and one one-way shuttle service for 3 guests. For an additional guests above 3, please book seperately. Canoes travel approximately 2 miles per hour on the Gasconde River.
4 Mile Float Trip starts at Gasconade Hills Resort’s access and you float 4 river miles from the resort, downstream to the Hazelgreen access where you will take out. From the take out you will take a short shuttle ride (less than 10 mins drive) back to the resort.
This is a scenic, quiet, float with a few bluffs, farm land and gravel bars for beach breaks (quanity and size depends on water levels). There a variety of low moving water and large deep slow water. This area has excellent fishing and any found in the Missouri river system, may be found here, especially Small Mouth Bass.
You will want to allow 2-4 hours of travel time, depending on your boat type. Please plan to add the amount of time you plan to stop to eat, play, and fish.
Departure Schedule – Put In from GHR
- Sunday – Friday 1130am
- Saturdays – 830am, 930am, 1030am and 1130am.
Shuttle Pick Up Schedule – To GHR – Please ensure you have at least one cell phone to call for your emergencies or shuttle pick-up. All pick-up calls must be made before 6 pm. Late pick-ups may result in a late fee.
- Sunday – Friday call for pick up
- Saturdays – Shuttle runs begin at 130pm, and runn hourly with the last pick up at 530pm
Waivers and agreements are required, a wristband is issued to each individual floating, and validated at each guest that launch from the GHR Put In.

Completed Float Waiver for each individual and a rental agreement for all GHR equipment is REQUIRED. Float pets (additional fees apply) and fishing gear are permitted.
